Cancellation InformationIf a Krannert Center Youth Series performance must be postponed or canceled on the day of the performance because of bad weather, Krannert Center’s Youth Series team will call all schools attending that performance. Announcements also are made on WDWS (AM 1400) and WILL-AM (AM 580) radio stations. Feel free to call the main Krannert Center administrative office at 217/333-6700 after 8:30am if you wish to check on the status of a performance. If Krannert Center needs to cancel a Youth Series performance, your money will be refunded.
If your school district closes due to bad weather on the day of a performance, Krannert Center will refund your money. Under no other circumstances will refunds be issued.
If you find yourself in possession of extra tickets on the day of the performance, you may leave them at the check-in desk to donate to anyone in need of tickets. There is no refund for unused tickets.
