Upon ArrivalA representative from your group should stop at the Youth Series check-in desk located in the center of the Lobby. Be sure to hand out a ticket to each member of your group. We suggest that your group use the restrooms upon arrival; the check-in desk attendants can direct you to the restrooms.
When a Youth Series representative is ready to seat your group, you will be greeted and guided into the theatre. Please mix chaperones among students. If you arrive late, we will hold your group in the Lobby until we can seat you at a convenient time for both the performers and the audience. This time is determined in advance in consultation with the performers.
